Founded in 2017, AURELIUS Finance Company has grown quickly to become one of the leading private debt providers in the UK market. Since then, we have lent over EUR 200 million to a variety of growing businesses. A cooperation agreement concluded with Wells Fargo Bank in 2022 has enabled AURELIUS Finance Company to accelerate the implementation of its growth strategy.

AURELIUS Finance Company provides its clients with liquidity to navigate corporate challenges and achieve objectives, ranging from growth and M&A to restructurings and special situations. AURELIUS Finance Company typically offers debt facilities up to GBP 30 million with a 1 to 5-year term, lent against all asset classes.
